LORD DREAD   Ruler of the "New Order"!       Half human, half biotechnic Leader of the Bio Dread Empire and Commander of the Warlords, Lord Dread is a shrewd, cunning, remorseless megalomaniac, known for his cruelty, quick violent temper and hatred of Jonathan Power.   Dread commands his mechanical Warlords and the Bio Dread Empire from the interlock chair through which he can control his bionic creations from any distance and can communicate with the supreme authority of the Overmind computer.
